The business names, brands and examples shown in the “Work” section are demonstration previews created for illustration only. They do not correspond to real clients.

05 Personal data (GDPR)

FoxyPro takes the protection of your personal data seriously, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Informatique et Libertés act.

What data? The quote form only processes the information you enter yourself: your name, your email address, your phone number (optional), your line of business and the content of your message. No other data is collected.

How? When you submit the form, this information is sent to the form service of our host Netlify, Inc. (101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, United States), which stores it and notifies us at foxyprofr@gmail.com (Google / Gmail service). This processing involves a transfer of your data outside the European Union (to the United States), covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and by Netlify's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Why? This data is used solely to answer your request and get back to you. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

For how long? If your request does not lead to a business relationship, our exchanges are deleted no later than 3 years after our last contact. If a contract is signed, they are kept for its duration and then for the applicable statutory periods.

Your rights. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to foxyprofr@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

No resale. Your data is never sold, rented or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

06 Cookies & trackers

This website sets no tracking or analytics cookies. No advertising tracker is used, so no consent banner is needed.

The typefaces (Syne and Space Grotesk, SIL Open Font License) are hosted directly on this website. Displaying them triggers no request to a third-party server (such as Google Fonts) and sends your IP address nowhere beyond the site's host. The site loads no external resource capable of tracking you.

Use of the information on this site is at the user's sole responsibility. Links may point to third-party websites for whose content FoxyPro is not responsible.
